Filter Pressurization systems
A filter pressurization system is placed on the cabin of a vehicle that is used in a contaminated environment. The system provides clean air in a hermetically sealed cabin.
The driver's health depends on the clean air delivered. The system is to be considered a Personal Protection Equipment for the person in the cabin.
Control systems are used to regulate the filter pressurization system. The systems ensure that the overpressure in the cabin reaches its minimum value and the air quality in the cabin can be monitored via a total hydro carbon sensor. The systems give an acoustic and optical warning signal when the pre-set values aren't reached.
Depending on the type of controller you will have more advanced options of monitoring.
Combined filter packages
We offer a variety of combined filters to relieve you during the maintenance and use of your filter pressurization system. The combined filters are a combination of multiple filters (P1-F2/P3-H13/Active carbon) according to the type of substances and values that have to be filtrated.
The complete package comes in threefold
A BMAir system consists of three elements: the filter pressurization system, filters and controllers. This combination ensures that you have all the necessary conditions for clean breathing air available in your cabin. These products are exchangeable and can be adapted to different working situations.
